With the arrival of summer chef Golan Gorfinkel started dreaming of an exotic vacation. His dreams led him, off course, to the kitchen. There he started exploring the relationships between east and west, the produce, the techniques, the spices and the flavors. Doing so, he created a summer menu refreshing and exiting flavors, which communicates with different cuisines around the world, combines east and west and reminds us that at the end of every exotic vacation – the is no place like home!
